My name is Emma Cox. I have been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1991 and am also an RICS Registered Valuer. I have over 30 years experience and for the last 18 years have specialised in residential surveys and valuations in the Sussex area.
I always ensure I carry out a detailed survey and often my husband Robert assists me. He is very good at getting into those hard to reach areas and when necessary uses an endoscope to help.
I have started my own business so that I can spend time with my customers discussing their surveys and helping them to decide on the best course of action.
I aim to provide great customer service through discussing the survey at each stage:
- Before the survey to understand any concerns they may have
- Directly afterwards to highlight the main concerns/ findings
- A detailed discussion to talk through their report after they have received it.
- I always available to discuss any concerns or problems you may have through the process
